[Latias]

Lots of people are spamming shit like  in the chats and Its starting to get a bit annoying. Not sure if it works here, but as I pasted it, all my text changed colors.

Yeah, it's because TF2C uses Unicode. We don't know what character it actually is though, so if you come across it, copy paste it here, or give the unicode info.

Latias has a sample, I don't know how useful it is. It seems to be the only 'character' being used at the moment, so it a quick fix would be to detect and suppress it.
