Hello,

I registered to the TF2Center mumble a while ago then misplaced my certificate. Now I am having issues with connecting to mumble when I join lobbies. Is it possible for one of the mumble admins to remove me from the registered users list? If I remember I should be registered as Action Hank, or some derivation of that name, or Hospice.

Thanks

I can't see anyone from your IP ever having registered. There's certainly not a Hospice or Action Hank listed as a registered user. Try connecting with a different username and see if that works?

I have tried to change my username before, but it still says "Wrong certificate or password for registered user..." when I attempt to join mumble. Is there another way for you to check for my registered name on the TF2 center mumble? I'm not sure if this is how IP addresses work, but I have connected to TF2Center through different connections since then.

Are there any other usernames it could possible be under?

I do not believe so. I typically play under the name Action Hank or Hospice. Is there a list of registered users that I can see that might refresh my memory or at least a date of registration?

None under Hospice, [class] + hospice, action hank or [class] + action hank.

Your IP isn't on the ban list either.

Try to join without filling the password box and a new user name.

I did that and it is still saying I have the wrong certificate or password for the registered user. I have also tried making a new certificate, but the same message keeps popping up.

Devs: Can we just clear out all registered users besides devs and moderators and block out the register command for normal users? I can't think of much reason anyone else needs to be registered.

That would be great! Thanks for the help.

I've cleared out non-admin registered users.
