Lobby was underway when another server user started another lobby on top of the current one, causing all players to be kicked and a violent end to the lobby.
I understand that current measures check to see if people are currently on the server.
Suggested modification: tf2c is already actively monitoring the ongoing game and is aware that this collision will happen. It should prevent a new lobby from being started on one determined "active". Not sure what active means, but I am pretty sure that maybe > 10 log entries per minute or something.
Benefit: I think this happens a few times a day, causing unnecessary ban requests and frustrated players.
