lobby was hosted on an awful server, given the availability of serveme servers there is no excuse.
7.1 Server Quality
Lobby servers must be fit for competitive play, and must be as lag-free as possible. They must have the appropriate whitelists installed, and must not have any gameplay altering mods loaded for the duration of the match.

can you provide a screenshot of peoples ping or provide proof of whatever caused it to be an awful server?

From my status screen I can see the server IP was 134.255.219.180:2663.

 

The server was laggy from multiple people.

Giving out a warning.

Plz make sure the pings alright for the region you intended to play in.

Next warning if you open with a laggy server will result in a ban, if provided with proof.

(and i played in that lobby it was horrible)  ;c
