I main pyro and its reasonably effective in sixes lobbies, especially on a lot of the koth maps or snakewater, but the metagame says no so TF2C does too? Idk how the meta game would evolve if offclassing rules are so strict

It can be very frustrating playing against too much offclassing. Perhaps one offclass would be alright, but who would get that offclass? To solve this, people can offclass up to 40% of the time (although if you're doing like 39% every match, that could get you a warning/ban). Also, if the metagame is going to change, it's not going to happen in TF2C, it's going to happen during high-level scrims and matches.
