I tried to join the lobby as blue heavy sub but I couldnt connect to the server initially, or with the retry button, due to a bad password. I joined the mumble and blue already had someone in mumble as heavy (he sounded like he was in game too). I was repped after a minute or two and my reliability lost ten percent. Should that happpen in a situation like this? Can I have my reliability restored?

This is a known bug scheduled to be fixed.  It happens once in a while.  When using the reconnect button, I would suggest using your browser to refresh the "in lobby" web page first.

 

And no, we have never seen the need to reset numbers.  It rolls off, just keep playing.
