Now I tried to do this via reporting myself, and then joining a medic sub, but it didn't work, so my idea would be a "switch" command.

Basically it would work like this. You write "!switch faction class_name" "!switch blu medic" and it would move you from your original spot, to the sub request spot of the blue medics, and requests a sub for your old class.

I thought if you joined a sub spot it automatically reported your class.

I've joined sub links before and right after the class I was playing had a sub request so either it was a fluke or you used to be able to join sub requests and your class would be reported (maybe it doesn't work that way anymore)

Like, if your medic left but one of your scouts went medic, you could request a new scout, so the game might continue 6v6 quicker and not degrade into a fail lobby.

Funky. It makes things weird in terms of who's who on the site's end, while the problem it solves is relatively minor. An interesting idea though!
