Not sure exactly what to call this. The option would indicate to people in a 6's lobby that any amount of offclassing will be permitted. It seems that there are a few camps of 6's players.

Not a bad idea to simplify moderation, especially if you set "lax" by default to force people to pay attention when creating.
You complain about offclassing when the lobby indicated that it had a "lax" attitude ? Well that's too bad.
