An idea that i have been told has been thrown around within the admin circle is that for each separate lobby section (e.g EU HL or NA 6s or EU Ultiduo or whatever) there should be a maximum lobby count. This means that people can't start new lobbies when there are already 6 non filled lobbies up, and subsequently would decrease lobby traffic in tf2center and make it overall a better and more enjoyable experience for everyone.

While I hate the 5th HL lobby opening up as much as the next guy, people are going to play what they want to play. 

 

But maybe there is some merit in having lobby count scale with how many players are online in that zone.
