I've worked with TF2 stats quite a lot and probably have a better understanding than many about which ones count, so my input could be useful. I've also worked with a few rating systems and sports statistics over the years so I have some background theoretical knowledge and practical experience applying them.
I can program, but not to a good standard in the language TF2Center is written in so I can contribute to an extent there but probably not directly to any codebase.
