So as I remember I haven't had any mumbility points ever, but "Flawless Mmmm" achievement is stuck on 1 star and 0/4 months.
And in this http://prntscr.com/7xz4sj screenshotyou can see that I haven't ragequit lobbies for 8 months, so at the same time I didn't get any mumbility points for at least those 8 months.
