Noob (sort of) looking for a highlander team

Hello

I'm sort of new to the game (about 400 hours, 180 on this account) and I'm looking for a "team" to play highlander with.

I'm decent as a Scout, Pyro, Demoman and Sniper. Spy sometimes.

I have access to Skype, TS3 and Mumble but I'm not very good with english (speaking that is, atleast spelling)

I'm 15 Years old boy from Finland.
