Recently I was banned for closing a lobby and my main argument in the forum was that I didnt know basically, I just didnt know that you werent allowed to so could there be like a thing witch said

Closing a lobby = 1 week ban

Annoying people in chat = 1 hour ban

hacking = perma ban

etc. etc.

I would assume this woud be higher priority because it would improve the experience of the players but hey what do YOU think?

We have this internally and use to have something up like that in the past. The problem is that every situation is different and the decision is up to the moderator's discretion. What followed is people pointing to the rules, finding loopholes etc. The simplest option is to have the rules as we have them now.

The thing is, users shouldn't necessarily know what will happen to them if they misbehave. "Oh I'll only get a one hour ban for spamming? No biggy"
