TF2C Profile: Fuze
Region: AU

Browser: Google Chrome
Critical plugins: * AdBlock
OS: Windows
Connection type: * Router

Bug type: Mumble
Lobby ID: --
Date & Time: --

This problem has occurred to me since the begging, for some reason I am unable to verify myself to join Mumble required lobbies.

When I click the 'Join Mumble' button (wait a few seconds) and then click the 'Verify Me' button it says the verification is unsuccessful, although I am inside the mumble.

I've read a few posts saying its related to my IP address, and that its not the same between my Mumble and Chrome ones, but how do I fix this? Thanks in advance.

Fuze are you using private browsing and possibly VPN for privacy?

Different computer for mumble?

So I think it is simple.  it asks you to get into mumble, sends you there, and then checks to see if your browser IP address is the same as a user on mumble.

Some people have tricky networking set up, or super-private browsing, etc.

I don't see your IP in any mumble ban lists 149.78.xxx.xxx

Nope, I am not using any external VPN services or private browsing.

So I think this is because my mumble IP is different from my Chrome IP? Still have no idea how to fix it though.

Why would your Chrome IP be different than your mumble IP?

Are you trying to do sneaky stuff, and it doesn't work, and then you ask us for help?

Pffft.
