The TF2 update released just today has broken the changelevel command.
Basically, you cannot change the map away from the default map. Most lobbies cannot be filled because of this, because the default map is something like ctf_turbine.
Please be patient while we wait for Valve to fix this, or for a workaround to be found.

UPDATE: just spoke to Arie, he tells me this is tftrue related. Plugins on serveme.tf will be disabled until there is a fix.
UPDATE2: tftrue has been disabled on all serveme.tf servers and things seem to be working ;-)
