Seriously, I live in Argentina and im speaking for all south americans; we need at least 1 server located in South America,

It doesnt matter where, it could be in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc. 

This huge community needs to play below 200 ping 

At least remove the SA option from the search filter.

I didn't get the request. You want us to provide a server for SA community? So "this huge community" can't find 15$ per month to buy a server for itself?
Take AU community as example. Some active AU players has come to us in 2013 and started to promote TF2C inside AU community. Soon the entire AU community has moved on TF2C. Now they're playing only here.

 

We really would like to see more SA lobbies on TF2C, but you guys have to do something by himself, otherwise nothing will happen. If someone from SA will ask for help with configs etc, we definitely will help. But you have to be active per se.

TF2C doesn't provide servers itself. You might want to talk to serverme.tf
