My argument is not about cpu/db usage. But other resouces. Admins can you handle like 10x more requests atm?. "One map" per open lobby. Also by the slow rate of implementing stuff (like advanced lobbys were there for ages?) it would take a lot of time to setup something like CS MM based on TF2C. Don't get me wrong, I'm fine with lobbys the way they are, but it's not the same scale of project as MvM.

Do these people not remember how bad the old lobby system is? Jesus Christ, it was fucking horrible. No mumble, you had to use in game comms if anything, it was a nightmare to request subs, no logs, the list goes on.

 

tf2c is being taken for granted. stop development for 6 months and then you'll hear them crying.

Yeah I agree with b33p totally.

 

The new lobby system is 10000x better than the old one.

 

And about this it seems like for most people the "toxicity" on tf2c is the reason why this site should shut down. I encourage them to make a better site themselves and try to get "non-toxic" players there only.

 

We all should appreciate this site. It has made so many things easier for people to get at least a some kind of touch to comp. tf2.

 

And lastly, I bet some of those people who are screaming for this site to shut down are already crying why the site is not up and they cant play lobbies.

I encountered this guy like 3 years ago on some random servers and I can tell you he's really unpleasant, and btw he was the very first person I've blocked on steam.
