[Silver Toaster]

I've been getting this error message lately. I've always been able to 4v4 lobbies with this server, but now it's suddenly not working anymore. When I test the server it says OK, but when I try to actually create it... (see screenshot)

How is that tf2 server setup? Is it from a game server provider or hosted on something else?

Connection refused is an error indicating TF2Center's attempts to use rcon are being denied by the server aka IP banned. Please check your server ban list.

I am getting the same problem and I don't remember being ban or it didn't tell me and now whenever I join its says 
[3:55:06 PM] Server connection failed: Connection refused.

Connection refused is indicative of using the wrong rcon password a few times. Check on the server if TF2C's IP is banned - http://forums.tf2cen...om-your-server/

Resolving, this will almost certainly be due to bad RCON passwords and temporary IP ban.
