Since if you start mumble after tf2 launched you might not have the overlay, which can be annoying. On lobbies where mumble use is a requirement, both mumble and tf2 launch at the same time (and mumble opens much quicker of course). Perhaps have a settings thing like TF2Outpost does?

I'm not sure why you want this. If a lobby dosen't require mumble we can't force people to use it, that's the whole point of not having a mumble requirement.

This is common Mumble issue, which is out of our control and can't be considered as a problem on our end. Check the "Common Technical Issues" section in our FAQ.
