TF2C Profile: SandMan13
Region: NA

Browser: Google Chrome
Critical plugins: * Adblock Plus
OS: Windows
Connection type: * WiFi

Bug type: Mumble
Lobby ID: --
Date & Time: --

Can't connect to the TF2Center mumble. Can connect to any other mumble just fine but can't join the TF2Center mumble. Just tells me it failed to connect then tries again and fails again.

Then I get banned from mumble lobbies because of this.

Sandman, I checked and you are not banned in tf2c's mumble server.

Please check your mumble version and update it if it is old.

Also, you can reach out to me in steam and I will help test out your mumble on a few other servers.

Well I updated my mumble version but it still isn't connecting. Any other ideas?

Are you connecting straight out of the mumble client?  What server info do you have?

have you tried pinging that address from the command line?

I also cannot connect to mumble, the button on the lobby pages do nothing, I get a "The connection timed out" error when I try to connect through my mumble client.  The server is there since I can see my ping and users connected.  This issue is causing lots of problems for me since I can't participate in most lobbies.  If you think you can help add me on steam: http://steamcommunit...nielthemaster5/

I have found my problem, a firewall on my router was blocking the server because it was "in an untrusted location"
