I joined a match as a sub, but when i tried to connect i kept getting the server is full message. After the normal time period i got the message that i was afk and got reported for it. I was not in the game and i could not join.

I saw a scout sub slot for 6s lobby, and I got the slot. But when I went to connect the auto launch feature TF2Center has wouldn't connect me to the server, I tried 3 times through TF2center auto connect, didn't work so I copy and pasted the connect info into my in-game console, I tried 6 times this way, TF2 replied with "This server is full". I tabbed back to my browser to find I had been reported for something that wasn't my fault, if there is any mod or admin that could please help me remove this false RQ and restore my rep to 100%, I would be very greatful. Ty, help me get this resolved

Same problem prevalent, server is full. This has been reported a couple times, I wasn't able to find the threads though.

Can confirm this. I have met this bug not so long ago, except the fact the server have had enough of slots, therefore i have joined as a spectator.

Alright so I don't remember the Lobby, but it was in Europe and I took a Scout substitution spot, the map was Badlands i guess. Alright so I took the spot, but the Lobby was full. I couldn't join, there was 12/12 players, and I had taken the substitution spot as a Scout. Then I ofc closed the Lobby, cause I couldn't do anything to it, and I got a rage quit. I had angelic karma over 4 months, no rage quits, 100% reliability, and I got the other Rage Quit the same way: Joined a substitution place Lobby, and Lobby was full. Couldn't join or do anything. I hope that u could fix this, but also is there any way u could give me back my angelic karma to 2nd level, cause i hadn't rage quitted in like 5 months, and also take the rage quits off my profile and put reliability back to 100%, cause I haven't done an actual rage quit a single time.

Same happened to me. Cant remember the lobby but i think you can figure it out from your archieves since its my only ragequit. I tryed to join but the server was full 12/12, tryed to reconnect multiple times but it didnt work and so i got reported. I had 100% reliability and angelis karma over 4 months aswell. I have the same request as Randompleyeri; "I hope that u could fix this, but also is there any way u could give me back my angelic karma to 2nd level, cause i hadn't rage quitted in like 5 months, and also take the rage quits off my profile and put reliability back to 100%, cause I haven't done an actual rage quit a single time. "

Happened to me twice before, now i got 2 ragequits without me actually quitting somingthing

This has happened to me probably half a dozen times. There is a sub slot, I click It and launch tf2 and it says that the server is full. I think whats happening is say I join a HL server, but it only has 18-19 slots (18 + 1 for STV), then the server is really full and the sub can not replace the person he's supposed to replace.
The most frustrating thing about it is getting reported for not joining a server that is impossible to join due to it being full.
A possible fix would be to make sure HL servers have at least 20 slots, and 6's have at least 14 slots. Then this issue shouldn't happen. Thoughts?

This has more to do with server-side issues and a server not having enough slots. Watch this:
1. 12 person server, full with a 6's game, match going on
2. I !rep me, start waiting for a sub to join
3. Sub never joins, server is full.
I always configure my servers with a few extra slots. I guess these hosts didn't.
This leads to my question, should we check number of slots prior to letting a host start a match? I will bring this up with DEVs.

So a substitute was required at a process 6v6. It was an American server.
However, the person reported had under the tag "reported: self". I'm not entirely sure what that means, but as I joined to sub scout, I saw that the server was full and that they did not require me. The server wouldn't let me on and nothing was really happening to replace the scout. So after a while, I just left. When I left, the server was gone anyways, so I thought nothing of it.
Then I saw the next day that I was down to 90% reliability and that it constituted as a "ragequit".
Hope this was just an error on my part.
