I understand that I behaved inncorrectly towards Masternoob in a lobby, I regret my decisions which were unacceptable in tf2center. I hope I can be aloud to carry on using tf2center as a means to practise and enjoy tf2.

That's odd. Your ban really should have expired on the 2nd of March. I can't unban you but I'm sure once one of the admins sees this they'll be able to assist you furthur.
