Bug type: Lobby creation

Date & Time: --

This server used to work on Tf2Center but now it just says "Too many false Rcon attempts". The Rcon password is still the same and the address has not changed (Rcon pass works in the server). 4 people I know have tried making lobbys and all get the same error. Thanks for help!

Someone tried to create a lobby with your server ip and used a wrong password, eventually causing your server to ban the website's IP from attempting to rcon with your server.

As Void said, this happens when a person tries to create a lobby without a correct RCON password too many times.

Whats the server IP? Maybe the devs can reset the count.
Why do mathematicians confuse Halloween and Christmas? Because 31 Oct = 25 Dec!

Ducky,

this forum post gives rcon instructions to fix your server.

It's a server-side thing, not on TF2C

An easy way to fix this is to do listip and then remove any one starting with 164 via removeip
