Name: Sushi/Cubicle/Many other aliases

SteamID / Profile Link: http://steamcommunit.../id/Yankeesushi

Explanation for unban: About a few months ago I was perma-banned for apparently spawn glitching. I would first like to make a formal apology to TF2C Computer, I have insulted or mistreated you in anyway, I am here to say that I am sorry for doing so, and won't disrespect you or break any rules again. Secondly, I think perma-ban is a little rough for a guy who has played over 1200 lobbies and has helped so many new players in TF2Center. Also, yes spawn killing is against the rules, but the game only had 7 people on each team, a few other guys were doing it, so I decided to see what would happen if I did it because everyone was fooling around and not taking anything seriously and people were leaving left and right, so I assumed it was not a true lobby. I guess I am wrong for doing so and would like to humbly be unbanned or have a shorten sentenced. Also, I would like to point out that is Valve's fault for not fixing the bug, but it is my fault for doing so. I will not break any more rules, and if I am caught doing so again, feel free to ban me forever. I played over 1200 lobbies on TF2C and love playing with the community, and with UGC leagues coming up again, I would like the chance to practice with my teams and friends. Thank you for your time. If you have any questions please feel free to add me or comment below and I will try and respond as soon as possible.

My sincerest apologies,

Sushi

Just noticed naknak keeps trying to get me banned, I have no clue why, I am sorry to him for whatever I did to him, and yes that was a joke by me played on him, but it was immediately following my ban, and I was extremely angry because I had played so many lobbies, even more then him, yet how many times you play meant nothing. I know TF2C Luop said it's more things for me but if you read most of them, I think they were kind of unfair and weird.  I hope this doesn't affect your decision to unban me or not, but I have no clue why naknak takes his time to report so many people when apparently this website itself is still in beta.

I know Luop90 and Computer may be biased because of my past actions, so I would like to request if someone else, or an admin could like at this case instead. Thank you

As an FYI, computer is an admin, so his word is final.

Glitching into the enemies spawn is a very serious offense. To make matters worse, you impersonated the TF2C staff, which is also another very serious crime. I will admit that I'm biased against you, but that was something you brought onto yourself. As such, I'll let another moderator/admin process this unban.

And here's the links, so another moderator doesn't have to dig.

The first impersonation of the TF2C staff was first of all with a friend of mine, but then he took his job too seriously and banned me, which is good, but still i eventually changed it. Also, that "impersonation was at the very beginning of the tf2center communnity, it was when void had just gotten moderator which also shows how long and dedicated i have been to this community. That was the first of them, and i explain the second one above in my comments if u read more carefully. If you were out of power and had been with a community for such a long time what would u do? Wouldn't you be angry? Just take a look as if u were in my shoes. Also,if u look at the prec more closely like really closely, some people were doing it before me, and like I said no one was taking it seriously cause so few players were there, so i thought it wouldnt count for anything. I would also like to note that you say you are biased against me, and look at where most of my bans came from, the same admin/moderator computer. I am not trying to be insulting at all, just trying to make a suggestion and be part of this community again.

To be fair, both of those bans seperately would earn you a near-unappealabe perm-ban, when you combine them they should be non-appealable.

Just because I gave you bans, doesn't make me biased. I would have permanently banned anyone else who used that glitch.

Computer it was not just that ban, but other bans too that seem biased because you did them. TF2C Luop said I could appeal in a few months after I got banned to answer your question Void. Also, did you guys ban the other guys in prec? or was it impossible to see the other guys. Anyways all im asking for is to be forgiving as I was an extremely active member, with over 1200 lobbies played, i devoted a lot of my time to playing lobbies, and yes i may have done some wrongful things, but there are many members of the community that I have helped and done rightful things for. I hate to compare myself to other people, but if im perma-banned, then does that make as worse as an aimbotter or a guy like mikengo? I wish no offense to mikengo, but i am just trying to make a comparison on being fair. Many of the teams i am on require me to play tf2c lobbies, so i would kindly ask to be let back in.

I said you could try for an appeal, I never once said it would be accepted. And this was before you impersonated the TF2C staff, which only made matters worse.

Also, comparing yourself to Mikengo and hackers doesn't make matters any better for you. Exploits this large are just as serious as hacking itself, so you are right up there with them.

Since my name was invoked, I will point out two things:

The glitching happened late in round 5 of a 2-2 koth match that had under 10 seconds on the losing clock. It was a very close match and almost everyone was playing to win. Cubicle could have swayed the outcome. If I were on the enemy team (I was not) I would not be happy to lose that way.

I never had anything against Cubicle. But I hear from scammers and liars constantly, from trading. Dozens per day, no exaggeration. To me, the implied insult of a scam--"you are probably dumb enough to fall for this"--is almost worse than the dishonesty itself, because it's more personal. If you're wondering why I took the time to report it, there's the answer.

Large exploit? Was I aimbotting? Was i map exploiting? Was i top scoring while doing this? Was my team winning while doing this? Oh wait this didnt even count because there wasnt enough players on each team to even take it seriously? It's a simple glitch that i decided to test out because why not no one even cares anymore and i saw it on a youtube video. Of course, naknak believes hey this is still serious because its 7v8. This is a common glitch that everyone knows about that I was basically doing post game when nothing counted. There was 7 people on each team in highlander mode, nobody cared about the match, look more carefully at the p-rec and other people were doing it before me. This so called "spawn glitch" isn't a tf2center problem, its a valve tf2 problem i could easily go into a pub server and do it too. Also, its impossible to impersonate tf2c staff when the name i chose isnt even on the list of team members. Naknak has played too many lobbies to know who all the staff, admins, and mods are.

To answer  naknak's queries, there was 7 people on one team and 8 people on the other, no one was caring anymore. There is no way i couldve swayed the outcome because first of all the the glitch isnt powerful enough, second of all look at the teams when it happened, third of all NO ONE WAS PLAYING TO WIN! IF A GAME IS WITH PLAYERS OF 7V8 OR 7V9 OR WHATEVER DIFFERENCE, PRETTY SURE NO ONE CARES TO WIN, IT SEEMED LIKE IT TO ME. fourth of all, why are you taking the time to put ur name down? so ur reputation doesnt go down? Check the p-rec again, there was no say in outcome, the players of the match show the carelessness of what was happening.

Lastly to prove my point that there wasnt enough players on each team and that no one cared, is that YOU CANT DO THE GLITCH IF THERE IS NINE PLAYERS ON EACH TEAM YOU CAN ONLY DO IT IF THERES LESS THEN 9 ON ONE TEAM!

The very definition of impersonation is using the TF2C | staff tag (or another similar one) when you're not a staff member, regardless of the name.

Using a glitch has always been against our rules and doing so will always result in a permanent ban.

Team,

I am looking into this.

Sushi, to be honest, it's not looking good.  I think you burnt a lot of bridges.  This is on you.
