Shut down server after 1.5 rounds because his team was losing.

I made this report already and Luop90 misread "shut down server" as "closed the lobby". He said in mumble what he did and why (though I don't have a recording). Console log should show the "rcon quit". The excessive_subs autoclose happened when the server restarted.

Sorry about that, my mistake.
 
The logs don't actually have the "rcon quit" command as the server parses that (and kills the server) before the listener grabs it. But the logs suddenly stop, followed by the lobby closed from excessive_subs.
