First tried to upload too big photo (got message for it)

Then i did make it a lot smaller (now two arrows just goes on and on) and nothing happened after 10minutes.

Uploaded same small picture to tinypic as jpg and same thing nothing happens 

After that tried to upload a random big photo with url and got that 50kb message

I had the same problem when uploading my profile pic.  I just ended up having to create a gravitar account solely so that I could upload a pic there and just select that option here.  That worked for me without any problems (or any resizing), my guess is that that is going to be the easiest way for you to get a pic on here, if you don't want to go through that then hopefully a staff member will be able to help you out soon.

The infinite loading you describe is a problem that only happens sometimes. Have you tried uploading the smaller pic again?  If that dosen't work then try uploading to tinypic but this time resize the picture using the dropdown box (if you haven't tried this already). Aside from that I'm stumped.

 

As you can see I managed to upload a pic when I could find one that was small enough (in terms of file size) but it took me several photos before I found one I could use so just keep trying.
