I have auto-join mumble on lobby start selected and this happens all the time. It just happened 1 minute ago, demoman on pl_upward. I clicked the link

But get brought to mumble and it says DEMO is already taken, even though the link above clearly has b33p etc. in it.

Now with the mumble integration thing, it thinks I never join mumble.

Remove mumble.tf2center.com from your favorites in Mumble.

Done. Is it fixed then?

Apparently that didn't do anything.

In fact, this bug just made a lobby wait on my joining for some time, I can only imagine I was seconds away from being reported for AFK. I was doing multiple things and usually being put in mumble reminds me but nothing happened as I got hit with the above dialogue box once again.

this happens to me also, but It only happens when I already have mumble open though. Before every lobby, I close mumble then click the join mumble button and there is no problem.

 Fx 31, Win7 64bit, Mumble 1.2.7

Hmm, I'll have to try this. However, closing mumble with TF2 disables mumble overlay, which means (if this works) we play with no overlay or close TF2 until the lobby starts :(

My mumble overlay still works when I do this. But you can always just close out of TF2 and then just reconnect. If you have a semi-decent computer it should only take a few seconds.

Overlay will keep working because of the first instance; so Mumble should be open first, then launch tf2, close mumble, click the green mumble button => overlay works

I don't think that would work unless you swap the last 2 steps around. If mumble closes altogether, you cannot get the mumble overlay again until you start it before TF2. IIRC.

I've never had an issue with the overlay after closing mumble but leaving TF2 open as long as I have mumble open when I open TF2 I can close mumble completely all I want and when I open it again the overlay is working.  It's only ever been a problem for me if Mumble is not open when I start TF2.

I wouldn't be saying this if I knew it not to be right m8...
