Some time ago I was putting up highlander lobbies and received a ban for too many "custom terrible maps". However, of the 3 custom maps, two were standard competitive I play in RGL (product, cascade). I also started pl_2fort with >120 NA people online and it filled to 17 slots and the chat wanted to play it. I closed the lobby when too many people started leaving.

I usually create normal 6s/highlander lobbies but just wanted to try other maps while the site was busy. From anecdotal chat with others in Mumble, there seems to be an understanding if the site is busy, other maps can be tried out. And I had a group of 5-6 people that came to help start the lobby.
There's a lot of random empty times in the evening and morning where I'd like to start a lobby and people ask if I can put one up and I can't. I'm fine with putting up the same 4 or 5 maps I mostly see in rotation; I just want to be clear there was never intent of trolling and sometimes we just want to genuinely break the monotony of repeated maps with something different or funny (I have participated in many others' custom map lobbies that finished smoothly and were enjoyed). It felt a bit misunderstood and harsh to receive a perma-create lobby ban and humbly ask the admin to reconsider and let me put up standard lobbies. It would also help if the rules page had any description or clarity on what is desired too because I could not find any info there. Thank you :)
