Activating sv_cheats and obtaining infinite health before the server can revert back.

He would need a preset bind to turn the cheats on and obtain the health before the server can revert back. Therefore he clearly intended to do this.

The reason behind reporting privately is to respect the other people I was with during the lobby and it was there request to do so.
