Make the button a self-report button.

That's more of an interesting idea: if you crash and know you'll probably crash again, you might as well report yourself, though going in an out of the game is quite a hassle, and it will take much longer for a sub to arrive. One might have to reconsider how reliability is calculated from there, we wouldn't want people to game the system.

Put a counter that is in the time vector of 40 to 75 percentile of the auto-rep, so that way the window is small to use, and if they really want to rep quick they must go into the server.

I like Mikengo's idea. Sometimes I crash or lag out cause my ping decides to jump to 900+ and not come down for 20 minutes. Would be really nice to be able to rep yourself in the lobby page.
