Closed the server as soon as we capped last and reached a 5-0. 4 people were reported because the game hasn't technically finished. And timed out from joining lobbies, when server was down and they couldn't reconnect.

Just let tf2c handle the end the games, etc  - 12hr create lobby ban as warning 

 

 

Also If the cooldown system is working correctly then nobody should ever recieve a cooldown when a server goes down / server res is ended ^{_{(though sometimes people do get cooldowns due to them !repping theirselves as soon as the server is down and getting replaced by a sub before the lobby itself actually closes.. - don't do that ;D )}}
