tldr; save .reg file > close chrome/edge > run .reg file once > relaunch chrome/edge > when you launch a lobby you will be able to click the check box to automatically launch tf2/mumble and have it save your choice rather than being prompted each time to launch

Save this .reg to somewhere and then run the .reg to import the below to make window group policy changes through windows registry--

ShowExternalProtocolWarningBypassCheckbox.reg

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge]
"ExternalProtocolDialogShowAlwaysOpenCheckbox"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Chrome]
"ExternalProtocolDialogShowAlwaysOpenCheckbox"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Chromium]
"ExternalProtocolDialogShowAlwaysOpenCheckbox"=dword:00000001

By doing so you will now be able to have a checkbox again to always allow URIs to be opened/closed rather than manually clicked each time a lobby launches

Chrome/edge changed uri/app protocols handling and you need to set group policies to "fix it"
