This bug has been occuring for a couple of days now and I've reached a point where I don't know what else to do but report this and hope for the best.

Essentially, every time I try to create a lobby with my rented EU-Germany server (PingPerfect.com), the website determines the server is NA-based.
I've tried remaking the lobby several times and the result was always the same: NA Lobby, Chicago.

If you need any more information, please let me know.

Our server is located in a datacenter in Paris, geoip will confirm that. However, the site detects a wrong region (NA) when creating a lobby.

 

Would it be possible to set it to the right region ?

I have tried a few times with servers from the same host, and all have given me the same results, saying they are located in New York.

The IP for all addresses is the same: 139.99.131.144
Actual Location: Sydney, AU

The Port differs between the 20+ servers, I'm not sure if you need that info or not but I can try asking the owner of the service if I can get a list of them.
