our server at 104.153.108.98 is being reported as Los Angeles but it's actually in Chicago (prolly 'cause whois shows NFO offices in LA?) - please fix this ip to tag as CHIcago

Several of the na.serveme.tf servers are are reporting as chicago, when they are indeed dallas. I'm at work so I can't track them down right now but i will update this post as I notice them.

Dallas servers are still being reported as Chicago by the lobby page. These servers have awful hitreg issues, and updating the IPs for these servers would allow players to avoid lobbies created on them.
