Made an offclass allowed lobby, as he was scout, so he could go perma snipe, which is fine. But our team went sniper and he got mad, started toggling sv_cheats on and off, enabling him some sort of model viewing advantage, then turned on noclip as well.
Closed the lobby after his own team repped themselves and everyone was irate.
