Put up a lobby that was marked as NA so a bunch of NA players joined, then when the lobby started and we got into the server it was actually a Russian server so everyone had 200 ping except for the lobby leader and his friends. All the NA players asked for the lobby to be closed as 200 ping is unplayable on projectile classes, and the lobby leader refused. Eventually all the NA players decided to rep themselves so that the lobby would be closed due to excessive subs.
