So he closed the lobby mid game becauase their pocket left and less than 2 mins he closed the lobby.
Nobody asked him to do that.

he did not close the lobby but it does look like he ended the reservation, leading to lobby closing due to excessive subs.
8.3 Closing Lobbies
The close lobby function is only permissible where there is an obvious issue with the lobby and a majority of players are calling for closure. This does not include when your team is losing or you personally are not having a good time.
