Purposely opened a lobby on a shit map so that people would join his friend's lobby which was on a slightly better map (still bad) and refused to close it even after nobody joined for 20 minutes and many people kept asking to close it

Roticher was added, claimed he was testing the map in 6s and only closed because people insisted . He will get a 1 day CL ban as a warning
