• You will need to make your profile STEAM public and your game details public. Clear your cache and cookies for TF2Center then try logging in ^{_{*If you look at your steam profile in a private/incognito browser tab (where you are not logged into steam) and do not see your game hours then you may need to recheck the above settings until the hours appear. IF you cannot see hours while not logged into steam neither can TF2C}}

 

• Make sure ADBLOCK software/addons white list *tf2center.com* or that your FREEMIUM / DONATOR status is active

 

• Make sure you aren't using a proxy/vpn service while connecting to the site, mumble, and ingame.

 

 

• Ensure your steam name doesn't contain any obscenities or unicode emoji spam/blank ^{_{see https://tf2center.com/rules}}
