Hello

When using Google chrome (with default settings), I always have to manually click "Reconnect" and "Join mumble" to actually start the game.

I messed around with chrome settings and it didn't help. Any suggestions ?

Chrome only allows TF2C to open one thing at a time, so if you are joining a Mumble lobby, only Mumble will automatically launch (that's a design choice). Is the problem beyond this?

I had the same problem yesterday. On lobbies that don't require mumble, I don't get automatically connected.

Always wondered why mumble works and nothing else.

This happens to me every once and a while. I don't have a solution to neither working, but...would it be possible to auto join ("Reconnect") a second after the auto join mumble function is called? Not sure myself without looking at some code and testing things.

It changed for me as well, used to be that either only mumble started in mumble only lobbies or TF2 straight on a non-mumble lobby. Currently it won't launch either automagically without change from my client side.

Chrome cannot launch (using URI) Mumble and the game at the same time as it breaks things. Even with a delay it still seems to not like it.

It was decided that only Mumble will launch on Mumble required lobbies and TF2 will only launch on Mumble optional lobbies.

One of the other developers can chime in with further coding/technical details if required.

That's the oddity.

Were you connected to the HTTPS version(s) of the site?

I think I've been having a variation of this problem. I will autojoin neither the game nor Mumble, and have to connect to both manually. However, I often get suddenly disconnected and reconnected to both during the match.

closing due to inactivity.  I think we all agree that chrome has some issues with the "autojoin" case.
