Kicking / banning multiple people for no reason from multiple lobbies, even during the ready-up stage.

He kicked multiple people from the lobby for no reason (did the same in few lobbies earlier today). When the game started, people decided to kick him using the ingame command. He closed the lobby after that.

Again, this guy is banning people for no reason, he also closed the lobby mid game :/

5 minuets after the reserved slots were freed by Tf2Center because they were the only ones left, the raster was full and then he first of started to kick the people, that joined these free slots. As he got reported ingame for this behavior he instantly closed the lobby after only about 1:30 gametime.

This ruined the Tf2C-experinece for some.
I personaly wouldn't bother but think, that this kind of behaviour should atleast recieve a warning.
