Although auto was playing the flank scout, they were constantly bullying me in the chat to get more heals, even calling me out to the team and the enemy team, complaining about me and that it was my fault we were losing a fight etc. I healed as much as I could, but it didn't matter, auto kept on doing it.

All I'm really seeing through logs.tf and the lobby logs are your scouts angry about not getting buffed/healed, don't really see any major bullying, just saltiness.
