This is probably because somehow someone else took the same sub at the same time. That problem should have been fixed though...

Are you logged into TF2Center with the same account you're trying to join with?

Can we have your steam ID, and the lobby number if you know it?

I have another soimilar issue, It says the server is full when joining a sub, I got a couple of reports because of that.
I guess it's a server sided plugin problem

I've had someone else tell me they have the same problem as Mahmoud.
Mahmoud, do you happen to know if the leader was Ste4mpunkTophat? Some people may have server with 12 slots, not thinking about SourceTV.

no i cant remember the leader but it was a koth_pro_viaduct EUHL.
It might be a problem with a server extension that doesn't create the extra slot for the sub to join

TFC sub spot issue is still occuring
https://imgur.com/a/YRcCu
It says you failed to obtain the slot meaning somebody else took it before you.

Check the logs, the Sub spot remained open after not letting anyone join

It looks like your system doesn't kick until last minute, which is really smart unless the server has just enough slots. Iirc, your system checks max players when creating. If the max players equals 18 (HL for example), then kicking players instantly upon being rep'd would be better for incoming subs.

I can remember there were some bugs when we released this. Since I haven't heard anything lately, I'm going to assume that this is not an issue anymore ;-)
