I've been an administrator for BlackOut Gaming for the past 18 months; in addition, I've also had extensive administration experience on MMORPGs. The largest community I've served to date has had around 1400 players online at a time (known as Green Zebra Hosting).
I've been administrating online communities since I was 11 or 12 - with my first (significant community) at around that age, a player base of around 200 people online during peak times. That puts me at about 8-9 years of experience, and am willing to use that to help produce a better refined set of rules, including guideline document, to provide a bit of extra direction.
