Player broke 4s rules by playing heavy while his team also had a medic.
Even after reminding him of this rule the player kept playing heavy and therefore made the
lobby experience very much unenjoyable for the enemy team making one of the players report themselfs,
leading into unbalanced teams and him spawncamping.
