I've been having a few issues with players who come into my lobbies but stay in the specs so they can just start an argument with me without being banned. I've been griefed quite a lot so I feel this needs to be dealt with by adding a ban spec feature.
Pros/Cons:
Pro: Reduces cyber-bullying.
Con: N/A
