Description:
My suggestion is that bans should have a set timeframe for an offence, depending on how many times it has happened.

I'm perma-banned for my first offence, where as other people do the same thing and get a 1 week ban and all they have to do for an un-ban is ask and say they won't do it again by the way.
Pros/Cons:
I'll be allowed to play in mumble lobbies.
Bans will be fair.
There won't be any 900 year bans for first offences.

None
