I am trying to play TF2Center but every time I join a lobby I just start rubber banding regardless of my ping. I did a trace route to an EU server on TF2Center and this is what I found.

There are several occasions in which it times out and one that shows a 2000 ping, but I'm not entirely sure what to do with this information. There was another player that I think was having the same issues as myself on this thread. https://forums.tf2ce...-lobby-servers/
I made a post on it but It's not likely to be answered so I made this post. Any help is appreciated.
Also, I do not have these issues on any other TF2 servers or any other games, including Overwatch.
