Lobby creation
Description:
Often wheen i create a custom map for example reckoner or logjam, first thing i do after creaeting is putting the Teamfortress.tv thread on lobby chat, so that lobby players can check out the screens and easily download the map.

My suggestions is giving aan option when creating a lobby to put a link. To avoid the usage of dumb or malicious links, make a whitelist for links that only allows the URL starting with:
teamfortress.tv
tf2maps.net
etf2l.org
fakkelbrigade.eu

I hope this isn't too confusing.
Pros/Cons:
Pros: You can put the link for the map info/screenshots/downloads while creating the lobby. (purely optional)

There is a download link of the map already present; I don't find your solution very convenient since most maps are well known. Try to think about the common case rather than the exceptional case, sage78 ;-)
