Description:
There's an option when you create a comp pub where you can set a minimum amount of hours and/or lobbies played to join the lobby in a certain slot. This makes it so its limited to more experienced players than new ones. Well, how about a server option that does the exact opposite; an option that sets a maximum amount of player stats allowing players newer to the competitive scene to practice at a similar level they're at. And also you could a minimum and maximum to limit to a higher level and nothing higher.
Pros/Cons:
Pros:
- Encourages newer/more lower tier competitive players to use TF2Center.
- Helps players improve at comp at a steady rate rather than with pros 10x as better than them.
- Allows for a more controlled skill level for the game.
- Makes competitive TF2 much more enjoyable for newer comp players.

Cons:
- Might not be many servers with this setting in place.
- Could take a while for a server to get enough players to start.

Interesting feature for new players; will think of this when specifically targeting this group at some possible future event.
